OUR BUILDING PHILOSOPHY

Plum Creek Builders has been building energy-efficient homes and Green remodels and addtions for the last decade.  As a member of the founding committee for the Denver Built Green Program in the 90's we were instrumental in establishing the guidelines in use today throughout the United States.

Plum Creek Builders is committed to constructing custom homes that are a natural continuation of the surrounding environment, with an emphasis on achieving low heating and cooling requirements.  This approach has proven effective in the past,  is important now, and with the ever-increasing costs of energy, will be critical in the future.

As a custom homebuilder we are deeply concerned with creating environmentally sensitive dwellings that have a high degree of craftsmanship, and are designed for livability and longevity.  Indoor air quality is a high priortity.
